Meetings

Can you make it to
the next meeting?

When?

The London & District Ostomy Association (LDOA) holds monthly meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm (19:00 hours) unless noted otherwise in the newsletter and on this web page. There are no meetings in July and August.

Where?

Meetings are held at the  Middlesex-London Health Unit, 50 King Street – corner of King St. and Ridout St. N. Take the elevator to the lower level and meander your way along the winding corridor until you find us in one of the teaching rooms! A sign will be posted on the door. Coffee and refreshments are provided.

Middlesex-London Health Unit is wheelchair accessible.
Parking is free if you ask for a parking token at the meeting.

Who?

You! You do not have to be a member to attend. Anyone with or without an ostomy is welcome to attend our meetings, whether you are a caregiver, family member, friend or a member of the medical community.

Why?

Getting together at the meetings gives members and visitors an opportunity to meet and exchange useful information, listen to interesting guest speakers, obtain or offer support, and share experiences with other persons having an ileostomy, colostomy or urinary diversion. It is a chance to see and learn about different appliances and obtain and exchange advice about ostomy care. And you may even make a new friend who already has something very much in common with you!
